VEENI is a premium matchmaking platform for Chinese professionals worldwide. Unlike dating apps, we use dedicated personal matchmakers to curate introductions for you. We currently serve 20+ cities across Greater China, Southeast Asia, North America, Europe, and Oceania.
The core difference is human-led matchmaking. Dating apps rely on algorithms and require you to swipe through endless profiles. At VEENI, your dedicated matchmaker gets to know you personally, then proactively searches for and screens candidates on your behalf.
Additionally, all members are identity-verified, and we provide video introductions, date coaching, and curated offline events.

Step 1: Register — Create your profile online, completely free.
Step 2: Matchmaker Assignment — We assign you a dedicated matchmaker based on your background and city.
Step 3: Consultation — Your matchmaker conducts a one-on-one consultation (online or in-person) to understand your needs. The first consultation is free.
Step 4: Begin Matching — After confirming your service plan, your matchmaker begins actively sourcing and screening candidates for you.
Typically 30–60 minutes. It can be conducted via video call or in person, depending on your city and preference. The consultation is completely free with no obligation.
After confirming your service plan, you can typically expect your first candidate introduction within 1–2 weeks. The exact timeline depends on the complexity of your requirements and the member pool in your city. Your matchmaker prioritizes quality over speed.
Yes. If you feel the communication with your current matchmaker isn't working well, you can request a switch through our Feedback Center. We'll reassign a new matchmaker after confirmation.
Registration is completely free. Creating your profile, the initial matchmaker consultation, and attending select public events are all at no cost. Fees only apply once you confirm a service plan and officially begin matching.
VEENI uses an initiation fee + introduction fee model:
We do not use subscriptions or monthly fees. Pricing varies by match type, city, and service plan — your matchmaker will provide a detailed quote after consultation.
Initiation fees typically start from MYR 3,000 (approx. USD 650), depending on your match type and city. For a detailed quote, please consult with your matchmaker, or visit our pricing page to use the online calculator for a reference starting price.
The initiation fee is non-refundable once the service begins, but we guarantee completion of the agreed number of candidate introductions within your service period. If you have any concerns about service quality, you can file a complaint through our Feedback Center, and our management team will respond within 3 business days.
Absolutely. VEENI uses bank-grade encryption (AES-256). Your contact details and sensitive information are only visible to your dedicated matchmaker, never to other members. Photos and profile details are only shared with a potential match during matchmaker-arranged introductions.
All wealth verification documents are encrypted with AES-256 during transmission and storage, used solely for tier verification. After review, original files are automatically destroyed within 90 days and are never retained or used for other purposes.
All members must complete identity verification (ID/passport). We also offer optional video verification, career verification, and wealth verification. Matchmakers also verify key information during consultations to ensure every member is genuine and serious.
We regularly host curated events including: elite dinners, whisky/wine tastings, art appreciation, outdoor activities, and cooking experiences. Each event is limited to 10–20 attendees to ensure quality social interactions.

Some basic events are open to all members for free. Premium events (dinners, tastings, etc.) typically have a venue and catering fee noted in the event details. Diamond members enjoy additional exclusive event benefits.
